Performance Calculations of Gas Turbine Engine Components Based on Particular Instrumentation Methods

This paper presents an analytical method to determine various main parameters or performances of engine components when those cannot be directly measured and it is necessary them. Additionally, some variants instrumentation methods are presented, for example: inlet, compressor, turbine jet nozzle instrumentation. The purpose the measure possible parameters, which then used as inputs in a model other performance metrics. based on gasodynamic process equations, compute air gas such enthalpy entropy, described polynomial form, thus leading more realistic calculation. At end, this practical example applied Klimov TV2-117A turboshaft, with series experimental results, following testing test bench.
